Police make arrested in random hate crime murder of bicyclist that occurred last January.
A fifteen year old black thug, who is already in jail on other charges, has confessed to the murder of Jason Taylor Paul in Clearwater, Florida.
The perpetrator simply wanted to kill a random white person. If the races had been reversed, this would be a major national news story.
