In the last decade of the 20th century, as the Soviet Empire disintegrated so, too, did that prison house of nations, the USSR.
Out of the decomposing carcass came Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Moldova, all in Europe; Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan in the Caucasus; and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan in Central Asia.
Transnistria then broke free of Moldova, and Abkhazia and South Ossetia fought free of Georgia.
Yugoslavia dissolved far more violently into the nations of Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo.
The Slovaks seceded from Czechoslovakia. Yet a Europe that plunged straight to war after the last breakup of Czechoslovakia in 1938 and 1939 this time only yawned. Let them go, all agreed.
The spirit of secession, the desire of peoples to sever ties to nations to which they have belonged for generations, sometimes for centuries, and to seek out their own kind, is a spreading phenomenon. . . .

An excellent job, but the reference to California is a bit dated and limited. Yes, there has been a historic split between Northern and Southern California, partly over resources, like water, but much of that was before the post-1965 federal in-migration laws and lack of border enforcement allowed a third-world tsunami to come churning through the floodgates.

Please see map above. It is not just Northern California that is in a different world from Los Angeles, San Francisco and Sacramento, the state capital, but the many agricultural and mountain counties that have yet to be inundated, such as those in the Sierra Nevada, that likely will also be attempting to lawfully secede with equal vigor before they are inexorably pulled down into the teeming polluted third-world corridor that is developing in the Central Valley between San Fantasyco and Mex Angeles.

Remember it is knowledge and experience which defines culture not color. When white people took over the Roman empire, it set western civilization back over a thousand years.
(1) Please name one first-world nation with a third-word population. Tellingly, (temporarily) better off nations like Costa Rica and Brazil have the most white leaderships;
(2) Anyone only needs to look at the progression of the leadership portraiture artwork. The high civilizations of Egypt, Greece and Rome were white people. As those civilizations became less white through in-migration, basically the bringing in and allowing the migration of other conquered peoples into their empires, intermarriage and the killing off the strongest whites in countless wars, they started to decline and fall apart. Egypt eventually had black
pharaohs, petering out a few centuries thereafter;
(3) In ancient times you had a lot of Old European and Indo-European peoples battling it out. Some were high-civilization and some were not. High-civilization Rome was very white, but by the time of its collapse it had become heavily mixed-race, even hiring out its defense to other, less 'civilized' peoples, which was its final undoing;
(4) High Rome did not come back because the whites who built it were pretty much gone. Later whites would build a new high civilization farther to the north, responsible for the computer screen you are now reading from and the electricity lighting it, which is now going through the same process of de-civilization through massive in-migration of non-Westerners. Thank you for your reply.
High Romans didn't focus on skin tone like you, they were focused naturally on elevating humanity as rough as they were. They clearly were not short white people, and described the blue eyed, tall, large limbed, lighter skinned Germans and Gauls to the north.

"Short white people," have no idea what you are talking about, which probably makes two of us. The difference between Detroit and Boulder is simply skin tone? This is the obvious dreck being taught today in all of our schools.
Strange, isn't it, that whites and only whites are supposed to not notice 'skin tone' as they are being supplanted. China, Japan, Mexico, Nigeria, you name it, would just laugh in your face or kick you in the butt if you proposed that they should not care if they were replaced by other races, sorry, skin tones.
Compared to what we have in the West, this would be as if, say, the Chinese were led by hostile ruling elites, like ours, who were demographically replacing their own people with, say, the Somalis while assuring the ethnic Chinese majority that their civilization will continue to merrily sail right along with a Somali majority, because their unique superior Chinese ideas will continue on.
Again, as far as the racial characteristics of those past high civilizations, go back and look at the leadership artwork depictions, but that would assume you are more interested in facts than rebroadcasting the Multicultural Marxist-Neocon propaganda party line that practically no one still believes, except government workers, neocons (with a hidden agenda), the news media (mostly owned by the Tribe) Hollywood (ditto), immigration lawyers, the most clueless of starry-eyed liberals and self-appointed nonwhite ethnic leaders.
