The International Rescue Committee celebrates World Refugee Day on June 20 recognizing the resilience and strength of those whose lives and livelihoods have been shattered by conflict.
Over 60 million people around the world are now displaced from their homes, having been forced to flee from war, persecution and disaster. Wouldn't these people have to be extremely stupid for all of the West's welfare goodies not to be some factor in their decision? Only a lucky few are given the chance to resettle in a third country. The United States and the IRC offers refugees sanctuary and the opportunity to build a new home for themselves and their families.
This month, IRC offices across the U.S. are celebrating World Refugee Day with a variety of events. Find an event near you below and learn more about how you can help welcome home recently resettled refugees in your community. ...

A 'welcoming community' typically means a hapless Middle American town where these greedy contractors, the Feds, the UN, the media and a few local officials and cheap-labor companies have been able to sneak in the first several families without taxpayers noticing.

Soon thereafter these 'refugees'--legally, refugees are not supposed to be those who just want a better life, as obviously many of them do--are dumped on a town's already stressed-out social services, schools, hospitals, police--needing food stamps, many translators, required by law, and you name it.

By then the contractors are zeroing in on another sleepy 'welcoming community.'

Meanwhile those handful of families--a handful of needy war-ravaged families, who could be so cruel and hateful as to object?!--start to chain-in countless relatives, plus thrown in by our Overlords are some new unattached 'refugees' who also start their own chain-ins. Thus a trickle turns into a stream, then a river, and finally heading toward a flood.

Goodbye the Historic American Nation. Goodbye our First World economy. Eventually goodbye to low-birthrate ethnic Europeans. And, by the way--as if anyone cared!--goodbye the environment.
