Jeb Bush 'subjects' himself to questioning

Halperin: Governor, getting elected one vote at a time. Is that a challenge?[ . . . ]
Bush: With 330 million people, it’s a challenge, for sure. But this is how you win in Iowa.
Halperin: (inaudible) people one on one. (inaudible) retail politics, huh --
Bush: You don’t want to lob it in. You gotta be here. You can’t helicopter in and leave (eye roll). You gotta be all in, subject yourself to people’s questions, and this is, look. New Hampshire’s similar. Nevada’s similar, I’m learning! You know, people really wanna know where you stand. There’s a lot of yearning for change and you can’t just give it to ‘em with a thirty second ad. (emphasis added)
