The princess-in-waiting, 36, who performed a curtsy for The Queen, arrived arm-in-arm with her future husband Prince Harry.
Crowds filled the grounds of the church in Sandringham, Norfolk, to welcome the Royals with some calling out "Merry Christmas" as they walked past.
After the service Harry and Meghan chatted to some of the crowd including Judith Wallis who was sitting in a wheelchair.
She said Harry recognised her teddy bear, called Maureen, as it is a mascot for the Armed Forces charity SSAFA, and her hat, which bore the Gurkha regiment emblem.
The well-wisher, who is in her 70s and from Chesterfield in Derbyshire, said Meghan said "lots of things" and "was very, very lovely" ...
