Once again, liberal activists want Tucker Carlson fired. He questioned whether “white supremacism” is really an urgent problem. This makes him a heretic.
On a recent program, Mr. Carlson said President Trump never endorsed white supremacy, calling the allegation a “lie.” Mr. Carlson said that though the president in fact condemned white supremacy, the Left insists “he didn’t really mean it.”
He’s right about the essentially religious nature of the “white supremacist” accusation. There is no defense. Even if you deny the charge, inquisitors will say they don’t believe you. ...
