     Intelligence?

     No, there are at least a couple other groups with higher IQ's.

     Industriousness? 

     Well, other people, like the Japanese, are admirably industrious. 

     Others must have come up with this long ago, but the answer seems to be: Dynamism.

     I think of the example of the manned moon landing. Most other groups in the world would not have particularly thought of this goal and would not have particularly wanted to strive for it. Among whites it was inevitable that it would be attempted and attempted again.

     Obviously this is not all good. Dynamism may mean that your people are continually moving around the world and naturally this will have repercussions. The Age of Exploration had many causalities of Westerners and non-Westerners, but would many indigenous peoples want to go back to no electricity, no hospitals, no trains, etc? 

     What other people would have had such scientific and organizational mastery over the planet and yet you would find many thousands of them around the world teaching in orphanages, manning food aid programs or trying to keep native peoples from slaughtering the last of the elephants, great apes or black rhinos? 

      One danger is that a component of this dynamism has been a uniquely strong individualism that tends to make whites independent operators who believe that they are competing against others of all cultures who likewise see themselves as individuals. 

     However, when individuals of one group within a 'multicultural' society compete with individuals who just naturally team up among themselves, which has been the norm for all other peoples down through history, the people belonging to the group that likes to see themselves as simply rugged individuals, over the long run, will lose and be wiped off the face of the Earth.

Like all proper banana republics, the Olive Republic of Greece has jailed some elected members of Parliament and charged them with criminality, as obscure and vague an accusation as hooliganism used to be when Uncle Joe Stalin was displeased with some Russian writer. Stalin used dissidents for target practice; the present gang in power in the birthplace of selective democracy simply lifts their parliamentary immunity and sticks them in jail. The last people to do this were the so-called abominable colonels back in 1967, and I say “so-called” because when they pulled their coup off on April 21, 1967, the majority of Greeks cheered.

The media did not cheer, nor did the bien pensant among Europe’s liberal elite and inside the Beltway. You know the type: ugly, feminine, intense, dandruffy, bad teeth, and always prattling about civil liberties and human rights, which in my book are licenses to oppress the law-abiding and allow criminal behavior by minorities. The colonels did eventually screw it all up, in fact very badly, but they didn’t steal and were never given a chance by the rest of Europe. President Nixon was among the few who saw the colonels as they were: pro-West, very Christian, patriotic, honest, and not at all sophisticated. Most of them died in prison for crimes they didn’t commit once the head of state, King Constantine, had sworn them in.

Which brings me to the point of my story: The colonels were given life sentences for overthrowing a democratic system—which in reality was not as democratic as it sounded, but more or less a game of musical chairs among the well-connected. The present government in the Olive Republic is one made up from two parties, New Democracy and Pasok. These two parties have held power via musical chairs ever since their inception following the fall of the colonels in July 1974. These two parties are solely responsible for having stolen billions from EU bequests meant to be invested in the country’s infrastructure. Instead, both parties used the unlimited funds to place their own in civil sinecure jobs for life, in many cases two or three jobs simultaneously, the lucky civil servant—one in every four Greeks—making up the middle class that has emerged the last forty years. These same crooks now order six members of Parliament arrested and jailed without bothering to lift their parliamentary immunity (at least of this writing) and call the arrested MPs a threat to democracy. (Kafka, where are you now that we need you in good old Hellas?) . . .

     (1) Does it really take a brilliant sociologist to tell us that ethnicity 'still matters' in dating? 

     (2) Since whites are said to be by far the most 'racist' group by everyone from third-grade teachers, usually indirectly but clearly in the approved curriculum, to the latest Hollywood blockbuster films, it is very odd, is it not, when it is found that 'whites are the most likely to consider relationships with people from other ethnic backgrounds'? 

     (3) Why does everyone from sociologists to reporters reporting on sociologists assume out-of-hand that, when someone is dating, any warn feelings of affinity they might have for the people of their own largest kinship group is a terribly bad and backward thing that must be stomped out with PC jackboots?

Two men and a woman have been killed in Western Norway after a man wielding a knife hijacked the express bus they were travelling on.

The man in his 30s, from South Sudan, was arrested at just before 7pm Norwegian time. He was flown to hospital in Bergen where he was being treated for injuries sustained during the hijack.

Trine Erdal, a spokesperson for Norwegian police said that she could not yet give details on the hijacker's state of mind or his likely motive [or his IQ].

Police said that there were only three people on the bus at the time of the attack – the 50-year old driver, a Swedish citizen also in his 50s and a 19 year old Norwegian girl – and that the hijacker killed all of them. . . .

The attack marks the second time the express bus between the towns of Aardal and Tyin has been hijacked. In 2003, a mentally disturbed 26-year-old Ethiopian man seized the bus and stabbed the driver to death. . . .

If you believe a new study, whites who own guns do so because they harbor racist feelings towards blacks. Indeed, in the study, four Australian and British psychologists also claim that racism is associated with opposition to gun control.

The lead paragraph on this study in Friday's New York Daily News summed up the claim this way: "Racism and guns go together."

So how is racism measured? Well, you are apparently “racist” if you don't agree that the legacy of slavery still has a great impact on how blacks are faring today. After all, slavery was abolished 158 years ago.  . . .

Seriously, I kid our Indian friends. If our open-borders overlords are not dislodged, the West will be long gone, including our space programs, as India continues to bravely grapple with its own problems. 

India launches first mission to Mars

NEW DELHI (AP) — India on Tuesday launched its first spacecraft bound for Mars, a complex mission that it hopes will demonstrate and advance technologies for space travel.

Hundreds of people watched the rocket carrying the Mars orbiter take off from the east-coast island of Sriharikota and streak across the sky. Many more across the country watched live TV broadcasts.

Officials at the space center described it as a "textbook launch." If the mission is successful, India will become only the fourth nation to visit the red planet after the Soviet Union, the United States and Europe. . . . [As far as I know, despite the mainstream media's fondest dreams, Europe is not yet a 'nation.']

Fifty years ago at the University of Alabama, Governor George Wallace made a stand for the right of public institutions to discriminate by race, but the federal government persuaded him that there would be no segregation tomorrow, much less forever.

In September, hundreds of UA students evoked that legacy when they marched behind a banner reading “The Final Stand in the Schoolhouse Door.” They were protesting what they consider the last form of formal segregation on campus—and perhaps in society—the university’s fraternity system. To be more accurate, they weren't protesting the eight traditionally black sororities and fraternities, which haven’t accepted a white member since 2007; they were opposing the membership practices of the predominately white Greek organizations. . . .
