No-one yet knows if New Jersey’s rabidly immigration-enthusiast governor Chris Christie will survive Bridgegate, but his presidential ambitions may very well be ended and many in the GOP Establishment are looking for a fallback plan. Some are even speculating that the yet more appalling Jeb Bush may answer the call.
