This is the bare bones story from Cleveland.com this past week (hat tip: Jim) that sent me out looking for more on the Iraqi “national” who was sentenced, not to life in prison, for a horrific murder that saw him bury his dead wife in front of their 3-year-old, but to 25 years on a plea deal.
(Is the plea deal just to keep more politically incorrect details from the public that would have come out in what would surely be a sensational jury trial?)
