RRW: Uzbek refugee sentenced to additional 20 years in prison for attempted murder - prison warden scarred for life - taxpayer cost of going through the court system, prison room, board and medical for 45 years? - Cherry on the cake? After sentence STILL won't be deported! - So add to all this the cost of parole "supervision." Could this get any more insane? --tma

The warden was supposed to die! (Kurbanov told the court)

Fazliddin Kurbanov was already serving a sentence of 25 years on terrorism charges when he tried to kill the warden at California’s Victorville prison. The warden was seriously wounded and scarred for life from the improvised knife attack.
