Until proven otherwise, I'm also skeptical about the National Guard, who, all the experts seem to say, only has the power to backup the Border Patrol. Back them up at what, continuing to welcome in 'families' who waltz across the border to be 'processed'? If housed in detention centers, with many months before going to trail, how long until some Obama-Bush judge frees them on their own recognizance?
