The Washington Times, Friday, November 30, 2012

"The House voted Friday to cancel the annual diversity visa lottery and give those immigration visas to high-tech foreign-born who earn advanced degrees from American universities, as Republicans powered through their chamber the first major immigration bill since the election. ..."

A single lifetime is the blink of an eye in the course of world history, and yet in less time than that look at the nightmarish increase in our 'diversity,' as LA and other areas of the country have become diverse simmering hodgepodges of third-world peoples. This has mostly happened due to mass illegal in-migration, multiple amnesties, flood-level legal immigration, legal immigrants 'chaining in' even their most remote relatives and the offspring from all of the above. The idea that on top of all of this we have needed a Diversity Lottery because we are still not becoming diverse enough fast enough is a perfect example of the inmates running the asylum.

If this nutty Diversity program can be replaced by bringing in equal numbers of 'highly skilled' people that is at least one small step to less flamingly insane in-migration policies, but it is still insane. There are already in existence all sorts of programs that bring in educated and business types. But these programs are also part of the same larger globalist scam.

For example, the U.S. is using a lot of foreign grad students in math, science and engineering simply because they are cheaper and more docile to deal with as they are eased into high-tech jobs and citizenship at a lower cost than the wages that native-born Americans would expect for themselves. It is also absurd to think that a nation as overpopulated as our does not have enough young people who are smart enough for these university and job slots.

The final layer of icing on top of the federal government's nutty fruitcake of in-migration policies is that in reality right now there already exists a large surplus of science and engineering graduates for the number of job openings available to them.
