Powerball Fever Sweeps the Nation

All this official and media hype about lottery "fever," and yet online lottery sales are not permitted because it is said by officialdom that this would encourage people to gamble? Hmm.
Why not allow online lottery ticket sales and have a percentage of the funds go to border enforcement, including finishing the "fence," which could actually be a virtual electronic fence if our ruling political and media elites weren't determined to thwart border laws.
Part of the resulting funds would also go to compensating American citizens for being DUI'd, robbed, raped and murdered by illegals, and would also create a legal fund for victimized families to sue for damages such pro open-borders officials as President Obama, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Incompetento and Senator Harry Reid.
